Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
- Manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical consultants.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce applications.
- Ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and data architecture.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and support release management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Drive governance, documentation, and compliance with security standards.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth and certification goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or implementation.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with integration tools, middleware, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and data model design.
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, and release management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems such as Git.
