Key Responsibilities
- Facility Management:
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Manage building inventory, equipment, and service contracts.
- Conduct weekly and monthly property, assets and safety systems inspections to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan, set up, and take down company events, meetings, and social gatherings with a focus on turning each client’s vision into a memorable reality.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure event logistics run smoothly.
- Handle audio/visual setup and troubleshoot technical issues during events.
- Operational Support:
- Respond promptly to facility-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and event inventories.
- Support administrative tasks, including email coordination and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Experience in building or facilities management not required but considered a plus
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of A/V (audio video) setup and operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms.

- Hands-on problem solver with a can-do mindset.
- Comfortable representing the company professionally during events.
- Creativity in regard to event planning and execution.
- Electrical experience is a plus but can also be learned on the job.
