Role Summary:
The Enterprise CRM and Data Architect will lead the design, implementation, and management of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and data architecture strategies. Role Summary:
The Enterprise CRM and Data Architect will lead the design, implementation, and management of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and data architecture strategies. This pivotal role ensures that enterprise systems are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology best practices to deliver customer-centric and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide CRM strategy tailored to the needs of banking operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM workflows and configurations.
- Collaborate with business teams to improve customer lifecycle management and relationship strategies.
- Optimize CRM platforms to enhance client acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts.
- Data Architecture Design:
- Define, design, and implement enterprise data models and data architecture strategies to meet industry requirements.
- Create scalable solutions for data governance, management, and storage, ensuring data security and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.).
- Establish frameworks for data integration across internal systems, third-party platforms, and CRM solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data quality, accessibility, and analytics capabilities.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of CRM and data architecture projects.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and system administrators.
- Technology Evaluation & Innovation:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to CRM and data management in the financial services industry.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, software, and platforms to enhance enterprise functionality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in CRM systems design, data architecture, or enterprise IT roles (preferably in banking or financial services).
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Strong knowledge of database systems, data warehousing, and BI tools.
- Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Certifications in CRM or data architecture (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Azure Data Engineer).
- Experience with AI and machine learning applications for customer analytics and data insights.
