Job Title: Business Analyst – Financial Services (Lending)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years in Financial Services, specializing in Lending. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in Agile environments, and proven ability to manage product backlogs. Familiarity with nCino is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for lending and financial services projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
• Support integration initiatives across CRM and lending platforms.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and audit standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
• Strong background in Lending operations and workflows.
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodology and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with nCino Commercial Lending platform.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data flows in banking environments.
• Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM, SAFe, etc.) are a plus.
