JOB LOCATION: 5420 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093 [and various unanticipated locations throughout

Manager 2 needed by CG Infinity, Inc. in Plano, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.;
may telecommute] to Spearhead a cross-functional development team as Lead Developer, facilitating Agile
ceremonies, mentoring interns, and ensuring project delivery aligns with business objectives. Maintain proactive
communication with Directors, Senior Directors, and stakeholders for status updates, estimations, and
architectural input. Lead and participate in code reviews, approve pull requests, and maintain high code quality
standards across multiple projects. Author and maintained Confluence documentation for cross-team knowledge
sharing. Architect and develop robust Windows desktop applications using .NET MAUI, and build secure,
Microsoft SSO-enabled web applications using VueJS for both internal and external users. Integrate Azure
Service Fabric for advanced logging and event streaming within desktop apps. Lead the creation of Proofs of
Concept (POCs) and modernization of existing applications to enhance performance, security, and
maintainability. Collaborate with UI/UX designers by reviewing Figma drafts and offering usability feedback.
Develop scalable, high-performance .NET C# APIs for consumption by third-party clients and integration with
platforms such as Avaya, ADC, Quiq SMS, Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Voziq AI, Cresta AI, Chase Banking, and
ConfigCat. Implement event-driven microservices and messaging solutions using RabbitMQ and SignalR for
real-time communication and data processing. Design and optimize stored procedures in SQL Server and manage
API services with Sentinet. Design comprehensive test cases for APIs, covering positive and negative scenarios
using Postman collections. Develop automation frameworks for web and desktop applications using Test Cafe,
ensuring robust and reliable test coverage. Perform manual and automated test execution and reporting. Manage
build and release pipelines in TFS and Azure DevOps, supporting CI/CD across various environments (dev, SIT,
staging, production). Oversee production deployments and act as the primary onsite developer for troubleshooting
and support. Automate data-driven workflows and notifications using Visual Cron. Develop Tableau dashboards
leveraging Azure Service Fabric data, empowering stakeholders with actionable insights and application
improvement strategies. Pursue ongoing professional development, achieving Microsoft AI certifications and
adopting emerging technologies. Foster a culture of excellence by championing modern tools, practices, and
continuous improvement initiatives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science
and 2 Years of experience in the job offered or 2 Years of experience in a related occupation developing medium
to large scale applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET MAUI, HTML5, CSS, VueJS, Microsoft SSO, SQL Server,
database design and analysis; designing and developing front-end user interface for both web applications and
desktop applications using frameworks such as VueJS, .NET Maui, jQuery, AngularJS, or Angular; assisting
with deploying applications into necessary environments using Octopus and Azure TFS, adding and modifying
SQL logic in fetching information for the applications, creating Quality Test Cases, and reporting bugs; utilizing
