Job Summary:

We are seeking a GenAI Specialist with 3+ years of experience in AI/ML and GenAI solutions to improve the accuracy of LLM-based document scoring and implement robust evaluation methodologies for a leading enterprise client.

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize prompts for LLM-based document evaluation.
Develop and deploy AI agents for automation and scalability.
Configure MCP tools and ensure seamless integration.
Conduct testing and evaluation to improve GenAI accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on GenAI solutions.
Expertise in prompt engineering for LLM-based use cases.
Hands-on experience in agent development and deployment.
Familiarity with MCP/tool configuration.
Strong understanding of GenAI accuracy evaluation and testing frameworks.
