Account Growth Manager (Hybrid Role)

We are seeking a dynamic Account Growth Manager to drive revenue expansion, client retention, and team leadership in a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office, 2 remote). This role combines business development, account management, and operational oversight within the software services industry, focusing on deepening relationships with existing clients and develop new business relations to fuel company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead business development initiatives to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, growing account revenue through strategic expansions.

  • Manage account growth at existing customers, negotiating SOW renewals and extensions to ensure long-term partnerships and predictable revenue streams.

  • Lead and motivate on-site software teams deployed at client locations, fostering high performance, accountability, and morale through coaching and conflict resolution.

  • Oversee recruitment and staffing for sales and technical roles, aligning talent acquisition with client needs and business objectives.

  • Conduct C-level interactions to build executive rapport, present value propositions, and secure strategic commitments.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client success, monitor KPIs, and implement retention strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in software services, with proven success in account management, SOW renewals, and revenue growth (e.g., 20-30% YoY account expansion).

  • Strong leadership experience managing distributed technical teams, including motivation, performance management, and recruitment.

  • Expertise in client-facing sales, business development, and C-suite engagement within IT/services sectors.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of balancing client demands and internal priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and hybrid work collaboration platforms.
