We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Consultant to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who has evolved from hands-on development into architecture, solution design, or technical leadership. While prior consulting experience is valuable, it is not required—what matters most is the ability to translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions and guide teams through execution.

We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Consultant to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who has evolved from hands-on development into architecture, solution design, or technical leadership. While prior consulting experience is valuable, it is not required—what matters most is the ability to translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions and guide teams through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce architecture, best practices, and roadmap planning.
- Oversee implementation quality, ensuring adherence to coding standards, governance, and platform best practices.
- Mentor developers, admins, and junior consultants; provide technical leadership across projects.
- Drive architectural decisions, including integration patterns, data modeling, and system scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business operations.
- Support pre-sales or discovery efforts as needed, helping shape solution direction and estimates.
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, including hands-on technical experience (e.g., Apex, Lightning, integrations).
- Proven progression from developer or technical role into architecture, solution design, or technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and best practices.
- Experience designing complex solutions involving integrations, data migration, and automation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams or guiding technical delivery across multiple projects.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Application/System Architect, CTA preferred but not required).
- Experience with enterprise integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and modern integration patterns (REST, event-driven).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
